Chairman's Message
The PHILJAFA website - the Official Website of the Philippines-Japan Fellows Association. This website is intended to provide information and updates of the activities of the association, its chapter member agencies, and all the former JICA trainees. In order to maximize the exchange of information between these scholars and the association, this website shall also provide news and events and activities that may be of service to both the members and together with their respective agencies.
Ultimately, this website shall serve as an avenue for the JICA former participants to constantly update their data to allow PHILJAFA and JICA to monitor their current status and developments.
We hope that this undertaking will help us to continuously nurture the spirit of cooperation and support thereby promoting the established flagship of PHILJAFA and that of JICA's mission to contribute to the development of human resources all over the world. To all the former JICA participants, let us continue to inspire others and share to our fellow Filipinos the knowledge we have acquired in Japan through the auspices of JICA.

President's Message
The PHILJAFA is the very first JICA Alumni association in the world. The PHILJAFA has been of continued service to JICA and its alumni here and abroad strengthening ties among fellow JICA scholars and undertaking projects that contribute to the enhancement of quality of life of the Filipinos.
It is indeed a great honor and privilege to be the President of this distinguished JICA alumni association.
